1 box powdered sugar
1/3 stick of butter
1 tsp vanilla
then add milk to thickness you like
Pumpkin Gooey Butter Cakes by Paula Dean

Ingredients
Cake:
1 (18.25 oz) package yellow cake mix
1 egg
8 T butter, melted
Filling:
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
8 T butter, melted
1 (16 oz) box powdered sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the cake mix, egg & butter. Mex well with electric mixer. Pat the mixture into the bottom of a lightly greatsed 9x13 baking pan.
To make the filling: IN a large bowl, beat cream cheese & pumpkin until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla, and butter, and beat together. Next, add the powdered sugar, cinnamon, nutmex and mix well. Spread pumpkin mixture over cake batter and bake for 40-50 minutes. Make sure not to overbake as the center should be a little gooey.
Serve with Cool Whip. Add cinnamon to Cool Whip--YUMMY!
Variations:
For a pineapple gooey cake: Instead of the pumpkin, add a drained 20 oz can of crushed pineapple to the cream cheese filling. Proceed as directed above.
For a Banana Gooey Cake: Prepare cream cheese filling as directed, beating in 2 ripe bananas instead of the pumpkin. Proceed as directed above.
For a Peanut Butter GOoey Cake: Use a chocolate cake mix. Add 1 cup creamy peanut butter to the cream cheese filling instead of the pumpkin. Proceed as directed above.
Quick and Easy Butter Pecan Cake
1 box Butter Pecan cake mix
1 carton Coconut Pecan frosting mix
1 cup water
1 cup oil
1 cup chopped pecans
4 eggs
Mix EVERYTHING in a lg. bowl and put in a sprayed bundt cake pan. Bake 325' for 55-60 mins. I just sprinkle w/pwd. sugar when cooled.
Pinch Me Cake
1 can biscuits - cut into fourths
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
Roll biscuits in the cinnamon and sugar mix
Boil together:
1/3 stick margarine
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp milk
Place biscuits in a loaf pan; pour butter/boiled mix over biscuits. Bake 375 for 10-15min. Flip over onto a cookie sheet.
Mel's Kaluha Cake
1 pkg Devil's food cake
1 pkg Instant Chocolate pudding (unless your cake mix has pudding in it)
3/4 cup oil
4 eggs
16 oz sour cream
1/3 cup Kaluha
Chocolate Chips
Mix all ingredients EXCEPT chocolate chips. Once mixed, add half a bag of chocolate chips. Grease (I spread butter with a paper towel and then sprinkle some flour on that) a bundt pan. Cook 350 for 1 hour. Once finished - let it cool and hten dump on a plate and sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
