Green Chile Tortilla Spirals:
1 (1 oz) packet of original ranch dressing mix
2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese softened
2 green onions, minced
Flour Tortillas
1 (4 oz) diced tomatoes
1 (4 oz) dried green chilies
1 (2.25 oz) can sliced black olives

Mix first three ingredients spread over tortilla. Drain vegetables, and blot dry on paper towels. Sprinkle veggies on top of cream cheese. Roll tortilla tightly, chill at least 2 hours. Cut in to one inch pieces. Discard ends. I served with toothpicks but you can serve facing up.

Samantha's Stuffed Mushrooms:
1 pkg pork sausage (Jimmy Dean Sage is her favorite)
1 8oz of cream cheese
garlic salt to taste
1 - 1 1/2 lbs medium mushrooms (stems removed)

Brown Sausage, drain well. Return to skillet and add cream cheese and garlic salt. Stir well and warm until cheese melts. Fill each mushroom with mixture, place on cookie sheet and BROIL for a few minutes until brown and bubbly.

Sausage Rolls:
This recipe was given to me by Jennifer Thomas. It is an awesome easy recipe to take to any party or even serve for yourself. Even kids like it.

Take a can of crescent rolls and unroll the can leaving them all stuck together. You may want to flatten it a little.
Take RAW sausage (ground kind) and spread it out on the crescent rolls. Roll it up like a jelly roll and slice them up in 1/2 inch slices.
Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
